Will I be tied into a contract?
No - there is no contract with Web Nation. You pay monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your cancellation request must be made within two working days before your next monthly payment is due so it can be processed.
How do I pay?
It couldn't be easier. When you sign up, you provide us with your debit or credit card details. We then take automatic payments each month from that card until you want to cancel. Your card details and the payments themselves are handled by the highly respected, international online payments provider Worldpay - so you know you are in safe hands.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can use your own domain name - for example, www.yourdomainname.co.uk. if you're not sure how to go about this, get in touch and we can advise you. It is very easy!
If I decide to cancel, can I take my website away with me?
There are only two reasons we can think of why anyone would want to cancel.
1. They don't want the website anymore because they've retired, gone out of business, got a full-time job, started doing something else etc. In which case, they wouldn't want the site anymore.
2. They want to move to a new designer. In this case the new designer can copy and paste the content of your Web Nation site into his new design. We do this all the time for customers who've come to us from other designers. An average five page website takes about thirty minutes to copy over.
