I contacted Mike Brenard at Webnation because my emails were in a complete mess. The system - provided by a giant conglomerate - was always down, efforts to raise technical help were the stuff of Kafka: hour-long phone calls on hold listening to robots, endless verifications of identity, repeated explanations of the problem I was encountering people who clearly had a even more limited knowledge of their system than I did (and that is saying something!) always to be told is was a problem outside their remit: and I'd have to speak to a more important and knowlegable superior. Could they connect me then? No, of course not! Direct line? Not on your nelly! Different phone number, repeat of above. It went of for weeks and really was a nightmare. As a freelance writer and editor I was not only wasting working hours but losing money too. I was just about losing the will to live as well when a colleague recommended Webnation. Bliss! Mike sorted out the problem in two phone calls, took over hosting my domain, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He answers the phone; he gets back to you at high speed, he is calm, speaks English rather than techie-speak and gets the job done that day. He is the solution to your email problem.
